Heated Vinyasa

Heated Vinyasa classes are structured to work strength and circulation in the muscles, optimize physical alignment and utilize breath with movement to connect a variety of  postures in a seamless flow. Each flow is unique in sequencing and postures. The studio temperature ranges from 90-100 degrees - enough to break a sweat!

Warm and Gentle

Whether you are new to yoga or want to work on your skills, this is a class for all levels! Slower movement through postures provides time to adjust and find correct alignment in the body in this Hatha style class. The studio temperature ranges from 85-90 degrees. Class includes a longer cool down and meditative relaxation to end the practice.

Yin and Yin Flow

These classes are non-heated and designed to work suppleness, hydration, and nourishment into the joints and fascia. Breath work and postures focus on tension release, relaxation and unconditional acceptance through observance. Mindfulness, mediation, and a quiet environment work to calm the nervous system.

Ashtanga

Dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizes breath with movement to produce an internal heat to purify the body. A series of poses strung together in a precise order allows the student to easily notice improvement over time. Attention is focused on breath, core and gaze, making this a meditative and rejuvenating practice.

Heated Slow Burn

This class is structured to work strength and circulation in the muscles, offering foundational yoga postures in a slightly heated environment at a slower pace than a normal vinyasa class. Emphasis is placed on breathing with movement for the purpose of strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body. Temperatures in the studio range from 90-100 degrees.

Noon Vinyasa

A non-heated Vinyasa class structured to work strength and circulation in the muscles, optimize physical alignment and utilize breath with movement to connect a variety of  postures in a seamless flow. Each flow is unique in sequencing and postures. Showers are available at the studio for you to return to work feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!

Friday Evening Yoga

Wind down your week! This Friday evening class is 75 minutes long and includes warmth, movement and breath, followed by deeper stretches designed to get you ready for the weekend. Students of all levels welcome.
