Warm and Gentle

Whether you are new to yoga or want to work on your skills, this is a class for all levels! Slower movement through postures provides time to adjust and find correct alignment in the body in this Hatha style class. The studio temperature ranges from 85-90 degrees. Class includes a longer cool down and meditative relaxing to end the practice.

Yin and Yin Flow

These classes are non-heated and designed to work suppleness, hydration, and nourishment into the joints and fascia. Breath work and postures focus on tension release, relaxation and unconditional acceptance through observance. Mindfulness, meditation and a quiet environment work to calm the nervous system.

Ashtanga

Dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizes breath with movement to produce an internal heat to purify the body. A series of poses strung together in a precise order allows the student to easily notice improvement over time. Attention is focused on breath, core and gaze, making this a meditative and rejuvenating practice.
