This 4 day workshop focuses on learning the neuroscience and physiological principles of meditation, and highlights the science behind breath and how understanding the respiratory system can impact stress management. Throughout the workshop we will explore the different methods of meditation and students can identify which method works best for them in order to establish and maintain a regular practice.
